At Glazzin, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with the finest materials and utmost attention to detail. Because of the artisanal nature of our jewellery, each creation carries its own character and individuality.

We want you to feel delighted with your purchase. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, we will make it right. Please notify us within 2 days of delivery at glazzinlife@gmail.com, and our team will assist you with the return and issue a credit note for the same.

Kindly note, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

• Orders placed with an incorrect delivery address.
  
• Packages refused at delivery or unaccepted after repeated attempted deliveries by our courier partner.
  
• Products returned in a used, worn, or damaged condition.
  
  
• Slight variations in colour, pattern, or design. Since each piece is handmade and may feature natural materials, no two are ever exactly alike. These variations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of Glazzin jewellery.
  
  
• Customised or personalised jewellery pieces, which are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
